| Captain
Reginald Donawa |
| |
Regi, as he is affectionately called, has
been employed with Treasure Island Cruises
since January of 1994 and has been navigating
the coastal waters of Antigua for over 20
years.
Living in English Harbour for his entire
life, with the exception of a few years
that were used to work on yachts journeying
to Europe and North America, Captain Regi
started to hang around boats from his early
childhood and has, from since then, developed
a deep love for sailing.
His vast knowledge of the coastline and
reefs around Antigua makes spending a day
onboard the "Caribbean Queen"
with Captain Regi a most interesting and
memorable experience for any vacationer
wanting to sail and snorkel. |
Captain Denzil James |
| |
Denzil was born and raised in St. John's,
the capital of our twin-island State of 'Antigua
& Barbuda'. While growing up, he spent
a lot of time around boats in St. John's Harbour
and along the vast western coastline stretching
from Fort James to Dickenson's Bay, where
several top hotels are located. These include
Sandals Antigua, the Rex Halcyon Cove Hotel
and Antigua Village.
Captain Denzil has been employed with Treasure
Island Cruises since 1999, prior to which he served as Captain of a sailing vessel for another company. Having worked on boats for
his entire adult life, Captain Denzil is a
natural at sea. As he often says with a broad
smile..."sailing onboard the Caribbean
Queen never feels like work to me. Our sail
and snorkel cruises are fun!"
